Return Policy:

We do not accept returns due to bio-security concerns. It is the customer’s responsibility to discard any spoiled feeders.

Contents must be opened and inspected on day of delivery. If product is found spoiled, please contact us with photos of the spoiled product within 24 hours of delivery to resolve. Refunds are addressed via replacement items or store credit only.

Shipping:

Orders for 3 and 4 day transit are shipped Monday only and must be placed by 1:00pm EST on Monday for same week shipping. *3 and 4 day zones will not ship on any weeks containing a federal holiday/UPS closure and will be held until the following Monday.

Orders shipped to 1 and 2 day transit zones are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays and must be placed by 1:00pm EST on Tuesday for same week shipping.
